1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pub702 platform — including its website, mobile-optimized interface, games, promotions, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") — you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as pub702's Privacy Policy and any other policies or rules referenced herein.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of pub702 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

pub702 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on pub702, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all accounts on the Platform:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on pub702. Duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by matching name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other identifying information — are strictly prohibited. pub702 may merge or close duplicate accounts and void any winnings associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pub702 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify pub702 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

pub702 conducts KYC verification as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pub702 supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved channels. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the Cashier page.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• pub702 does not charge deposit fees on standard e-wallet transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.
• pub702 reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified or that raises AML concerns.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the Cashier section.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• pub702 targets processing of verified GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are generally processed on the same business day for requests received before 10:00 PM PH time.
• pub702 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of security checks, verification procedures, or investigation of suspected fraud.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with AML requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pub702 may offer bonuses, free plays, cashback rewards, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by incorporation. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, registered, and verified pub702 accounts only.
• Each promotion will specify a wagering requirement (playthrough requirement) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20×) of the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly permitted.
• pub702 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that already-commenced wagering requirements are not adversely affected for the individual player.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, artificial wagering patterns, or collusion, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on pub702 — including Monster Plinko, Jackpot Fishing, Bingo, Slots, and all other casino and live games — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across the Platform:

• All games utilize certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems, and are subject to independent testing for fairness and return-to-player (RTP) accuracy.
• pub702 is not liable for any loss of winnings or game data resulting from technical malfunctions, internet disconnections, or server interruptions beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, pub702 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct game state and apply a fair outcome.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pub702. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pub702.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pub702 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data.

• Interruptions, errors, defects, or failures in the Platform's operation caused by events beyond pub702's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain liabilities, pub702's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits pub702's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data by pub702 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12 Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting pub702 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, provided all outstanding KYC and AML requirements have been satisfied.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 — shall remain in full force and effect after any account closure or termination.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may pursue available remedies in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
